Dinner in a mountain hut in Selva di Val Gardena

Dine at Baita Pra Valentini, just outside the town of Selva di Val Gardena, in the province of Bolzano, Trentino-Alto Adige.

The chalet's kitchen offers traditional South Tyrolean dishes, prepared with carefully selected local ingredients, served in an intimate and quaint setting.

There are three menus for you to choose from, none includes drinks, which will be paid for on site.

First menu

• Appetizer: Beef rump steak topped with egg yolk, dried anchovies and homemade pan brioche.
• Primo: Acquerelli risotto with red turnip, veil of lard and rosemary cream cheese mousse.
• Dessert: "Heiße Liebe" (vanilla ice cream with warm raspberries).

Second menu

• Appetizer: Bis of bruschetta with whole wheat bread, one with baked pumpkin and mint and one with parmesan cream and venison carpaccio.
• Main course: Pork knuckle in "Monpier de Gherdeina" beer sauce, brewed in-house, with roasted potatoes and cooked sauerkraut.
• Dessert: Classic tiramisu.

Shared menu.

• Homemade cheese fondue with homemade bread variation and boiled mixed vegetables.
