Be transported to a typical mountain hut in La Thuile by snowcat or snowmobile and enjoy a delicious dinner of typical Aosta Valley products.
The menu consists of several courses.
Upon arrival at the lodge:
- Vin Brùlée
- Melted Vacherin Mont d'Or served with boiled potatoes and Aosta Valley cured meats
- Arnad lard with chestnuts in honey, butter and black bread
- Fresh tomino served with jam
- Aosta Valley apple fritters with prosciutto crudo from
- Saint Marcel aged 18 months
To follow:
- Polenta rustica "sòrda"
- Aosta Valley-style rustic polenta with fontina cheese and " beuro colou"
- Stewed beef carbonada
- Venison in civet
- Porcini mushrooms trifolati
To conclude:
- The house " fiocca"
A reduced menu is also available for children up to 12 years old.
In case of intolerances or special needs please contact the establishment once booked.
Once dinner is over you will always be taken back by snowmobile or snowcat.
