At 7:00 pm there will be a welcome drink with wines from the winery.

Dinner will be served around 8:00 pm and the menu consists of:

Monferrina-style raw meat
Traditional veal tonnato
Stuffed bell pepper
Agnolotti with roasted gravy
"La Graziosa" bubbly risotto
Braised beef with barbera with seasonal side dish

All accompanied by locally produced wines.
