Lunch at an agritourism outside Modena allows you to enjoy typical Romagna products on an organic farm.
The menu is linked to tradition and aims to enhance the farm products and those of organic micro-farms in the area, creating and supporting networks and synergies nowadays fundamental for the survival of small realities of excellence.
The dishes vary weekly according to seasonality and availability of raw materials, starting from the farm’s harvests and proposals from external co-producers.
The spearhead of the kitchen are the baked goods produced in-house with the farm flours (sourdough bread, breadsticks, focaccia, cookies), the result of a long research always in the making of spelt spelt and ancient grains. The same semintegral flours are used to prepare the fresh pasta and desserts offered in the menu.
