12. Visit working-class village of Crespi d'Adda
Crespi d'Adda, in Lombardy, is a working-class village founded by the Crespi family in the late 19th century between Bergamo and Milan. The village was created for textile factory workers and offered housing, schools, a church, and social services.
It became a World Heritage Site in 1995, is a unique example of industrial town planning and can be visited as an open-air museum.
You can explore the village independently, which is open daily. Alternatively, guided tours are available from €6 per person.
13. Taking a hike in the middle of Oltrepò Pavese
To discover the hills of the'Oltrepò Pavese, on the border between Lombardy and Emilia Romagna, we recommend a ride on an e-bike, a degustation in the vineyard or a lunch at an agritourism.
