Dinner at the Kubelek Refuge in Cesuna on the Asiago Highland

Dinner at the Kubelek Refuge will let youà taste the flavors of the area surrounded by nature and in a family environment. The refuge è located on Mount Zovetto, in Cesuna, in the province of Vicenza, and offers a beautiful view of the territory in which è inserted: the ’Asiago Plateau.

The Refuge's specialty è grilled meat and you can enjoy it in both menù offered.

Menù 1:

• Three first courses: Pennette all’arrabbiata; Bigoli with venison ragù Gnocchetti pasticciati.
• Lemon sherbet with our own ice cream.
• Mixed barbecue with sausages, ribs, chops, roast cockerel and polenta and seasonal side dishes.
• Homemade sweet

Menù 2:

• Antipasto: Sopressa and Speck from Asiago; Prosciutto crudo from Parma; Lardo with honey grilled Asiago Dop cheese.
• Three first courses: Pennette all’arrabbiata, bigoli al ragù deer rag’ gnocchetti pasticciati.
• Lemon sherbet with ice cream of our own making.
• Mixed grill with sausages, ribs, chops, cockerel and toasted polenta with seasonal side dishes.
• Homemade dessert.

Both menù include water and wine produced by the lodge's winery (Tenuta Guida Estate).

For children up to 10 years old è it is possible to reserve a place then choosing a la carte and paying directly at the facility.

È possible to reach the facility either on foot or by car, the streets are clean even in winter.
