The Chalet Baita del Sole è ready to host you for a dinner that will make you discover the typical Valtellina dishes, in a cozy and familiar environment. The structure è has just been renovated and combines contemporary furnishings with the flavors of traditional cuisine.

The property is located at the foot of the Alpe di Teglio, a perfect ski resort for those seeking a peaceful vacation, both in winter and summer.

The menuù consists of dishes that will make you discover the typical dishes of the gastronomic culture of Valtellina:

• Bresaola della Valtellina con sciatt on a bed of cicorino.
• Pizzoccheri from the Teglio Pizzocchero Academy'Accademia del Pizzocchero di Teglio.
• Cheese tasting with homemade compotes.
• Buckwheat cake with blueberry jam.

Water, coffeeè and a quart of house wine are also included in the price. Other beverages are excluded.

Children will be able to choose from their menuù a la carte once at the facility, paying directly on site.
