Dinner in a mountain hut with snowmobile transport to Madesimo

La Baitella is a restaurant with a panoramic terrace in Madesimo, in the province of Sondrio, serving traditional chiavennasca dishes with km0 products.
The facility will be reached by snowmobile. On the way, as passengers, you will be able to quietly admire the splendid panorama composed of the peaks of the Central Alps.
Dinner includes authentic dishes, cooked with passion, based on seasonal ingredients. Cold meats, cheeses, pizzoccheri, white gnocchetti, sliced beef with rustic potatoes and polenta with beef stew are just some of the possible dishes you will taste.
In the menù è included:
- Tagliere (Brisaola, Coppa, Salami, Taroz made with: Potatoes, Faglioni, Cheese, Butter, Onion).
- Bis of Primi (Gnocchetti bianchi di Chiavenna and Tagliatelle alla boscaiola).
- Secondo (Polenta and Stew).
- House dessert.
- Water and Coffee.

Beautiful experience, evocative and exciting. The only downside is that I thought each of us was transported on a snowmobile; instead, there was a 4-person tow attached behind the snowmobile.
