Lunch in a Mountain Hut in Valleve in the Brembana Valley

The recently reopened Scoiattolo Refuge is located in the San Simone ski resort in the municipality of Valleve, in the upper Brembana Valley. The facility è can be easily reached by car and è has parking.

At the refuge it will be possible to have lunch or dinner choosing from two menù.

Menù 1:

• Antipasto of your choice a la carte (example: venison bresaola with herb ricotta; cold cuts and cheeses).
• First course of your choice a la carte (example: tagliatelle with blueberry and zola cream; garganelli with venison ragù).

Menù 2:

• A la carte choice of first course (example: blueberry tagliatelle and zola cream; garganelli with venison ragù).
• Second course of your choice a la carte (example: pentolaccia of polenta and porcini mushrooms; veal gulash).

To each menuù è you can add a homemade dessert from those available on site. Drinks, however, are excluded from the menuù and can be chosen and paid for at the facility.
