The tour with tasting will allow you to discover the secrets of PDO and PGI Modena balsamic vinegar and while enjoying a relaxing day in the Modenese hills.
The experience begins with a visit to the acetaia of about an hour with an explanation of all the steps to produce balsamic vinegar including the phase in which the acetified must is made naturally.
At the end of the visit, participants will be able to taste all the products that have made Modena renowned, namely the 40 year old PDO and PGI Modena balsamic vinegar and the other condiments from the vinegar cellar. In addition, an aperitif with parmesan cheese, bruschetta, chips, olives and a glass of wine will be offered.
The visit can be attended by up to 20 people and is suitable for everyone: families, couples or groups of friends.
In addition to the visit, from Wednesday to Saturday it is possible to dine at the farmhouse while on Sunday it is possible to have lunch. The menu will consist of four courses, while drinks are excluded. For any intolerances please contact the facility in advance.
