The visit will begin in the great Farmyard from which you will be introduced to the history and traditions of the winery's reality, growers and producers in the beautiful scenery of the Luni Hills. You will be greeted by a welcome glass.
The Gardens
.
Continuing into the park, through the ancient kitchen garden, you will discover a’wide collection of typical aromatic plants until you discover the historic pond.
The Museum
.
A visit to the museum “The Present of Memory” will uncover the traditions of Lunigiana wine culture through agricultural objects and contemporary art installations in the rooms of the old manor house.
Cooking workshop – Pesto Ligure
“Dulcis in fundo…” you will become the protagonists of an interactive workshop, in which you will be guided in the making of real Ligurian Pesto, a recipe handed down to us by our grandmothers and jealously guarded over the years. A recipe made of very simple ingredients, the most important, undisputed protagonist being the very fresh basil.
We will provide each guest with an apron and the historic marble mortar: the gestureà required by this ancient tool will leadà to immerse themselves in the tradition of our culture.
Guided Tasting

At the end of the preparation of pesto, a tasting of some delicacies of the earth will be offered: fresh Pesto on toasted Vinca bread, Extra Virgin Olive Oil of our production, taggiasche olives, Lardo di Colonnata I.g.p and finally could not miss the Focaccia Ligure, for the best flavor explosion!
To pair with a glass of white wine, “Albarola” Colli di Luni D.o.c. Freshness and great persistence are its best qualitiesà. The floral and citrus notes of this wine will be the perfect conclusion to this experience all’insegna of Ligurian scents.
