A winery tour and wine tasting in Valtellina is an excellent opportunity to appreciate the beauty of the vineyards and breathtaking natural vistas while enjoying local produce and fine local wines.

The tasting will always be preceded by a tour that can vary in length. There are in fact 3 different tours, of 2, 3 or 4 hours respectively.

There is the possibility of visiting both Bignotti wineries with a two-hour tour that begins with the historic 15th-century winery. After the tour, one proceeds to explore the park until reaching the Davine Creek waterfall, then returns to the historic winery for a tasting.

An extended tour is 3 hours and includes a visit to the waterfall and then following trails and mule tracks within the property to the highest vineyard, before returning to the winery for tasting.

The longer 4-hour tour includes ascending the course of the waterfall via paths carved into the rock, which offer breathtaking panoramic views. Several scenic terraces can be found along the way, including the "Moorish lookout," the subject of study by renowned art critics. The tour continues through the vineyards and olive grove, ending again in the historic winery for tasting.
