Lunch at the Piz Arlara hut in Corvara, Alta Badia

The Piz Arlara hut is located at an altitude of 2040 m, above Corvara, Alta Badia, Bolzano province. In this restaurant, Ladin and Tyrolean food and wine culture meets Mediterranean flavors, creating unique dishes.

The refined and traditional establishment, with its wooden interiors, enjoys breathtaking 360° views of the surrounding peaks. In winter it can be reached by skis or chairlift, in summer by footpaths, bike trails or the ski lifts.

The Piz Arlara restaurant offers you a choice of different menù. Drinks are excluded from all of them.

Menù 1:

• Antipasto: Spinach and ricotta Turtra
• First course of your choice a la carte

Menu 2:

• First course: Mother Berta's trio of dumplings with melted butter and parmesan cheese
• Sweet: Apple fritters with sweet vanilla sauce

Menu 3:

• Antipasto: Charcuterie and cheese board
• Second course: Potato and beef country-style stew with caper salad

Menu 4: 

• First course: Ladin barley soup with smoked meat and vegetables
• Second course: Native beef goulash with speck dumplings
