Lunch at the Chalet Sylvenoire on the slopes in Cogne
The Chalet Sylenoire in Cogne, in the Gran Paradiso National Park, offers you a two-course lunch perfect for discovering traditional Aosta Valley dishes and flavors. The menuù includes:

• Antipasto with local cured meats, cheeses and jams.
• Polenta concia with a choice of fontina or Vallée d'Aoste fromadzo, with mushrooms.
Drinks, however, are excluded from the price of the experience.
The chalet è can be reached on foot, with a walk of about 30 minutes from the town of Cogne of easy, light intensity. In winter è it is necessary to pay attention to snow and ice, snowshoes are recommended but not mandatory.
