You will have the opportunity to enjoy lunch at the first vegetarian and vegan agritourism restaurant in the province of Bergamo.
The farm applies sustainable agriculture on its land: the principles of organic viticulture are followed in the vineyard and winery, as well as in the vegetable gardens and greenhouses.
The winery è dates back to the 1700s and è was restored between 2010 and 2011, during which time è an energy efficiency system was added, making it 80 percent self-sufficient.
The menù includes:
- Lupine porridge, confit shallot, fermented almond, dill and cabbage
- Farmhouse Bosco Fornasara Carnaroli rice whipped with Jerusalem artichoke, its chips and beet cream
- Herb cabbage, onion and juniper broth, marinated carrots
- Baked artichoke, chickpea stuffing. Creamy pumpkin, caper mayo and vegetable stock
