Lunch in a Farmhouse in the Oltrepò Pavese region

The experience begins with a guided tour to discover the organic vineyards, crossed by the historic Via di San Colombano: discover the wine-making tradition of the Oltrepò Pavese and the practices that are adopted to preserve local biodiversity.

The second part of the tour takes you to the winemaking cellar and the aging cellar to explore the world of wine.

The third moment è dedicated to flavors, both on the plate and in the goblet: a fixed-menu lunch with dishes from local raw materials from small realities; paired with our wines served by the glass.

The menu varies every month and follows the seasonalityà of products.
The courses è are paired with one of our wines. The price also includes coffeeè, water and service.

Pairing with only classic method sparkling wines:

Instead of the standard pairings provided on the menu for appetizer, first and second courses, è it is possible to pair the dishes with 4 Metodo Classico sparkling wines with an’addition of 8.00 euros to the price of the menu. (If selected).

The reduced menuù for children includes appetizer, simple pasta and dessert.
