1. New Year's Eve in Madonna di Campiglio

A stage will be set up in the city center at Sissi Square on which a number of singers and musicians will perform starting at 10:30 pm. The evening will be hosted by Radio Deejey to entertain the audience and let us all count down to the New Year together.

We also recommend some experiences that you can book during the winter vacation days. In fact, you will be able to go snowshoeing with huskies, an excursion that is also perfect for children.

If, on the other hand, you prefer something more relaxing, you can enjoy a dinner in a mountain hut with snowcat transport where you will be served great typical food such as dumplings, spatzle, goulash and more.

2. New Year's Eve in Canazei and the Fassa Valley

Val di Fassa offers several events for New Year's Eve. You can, in fact, choose between the party in the square in Moena or in Campitello, both enlivened by music and fireworks. In Campitello, it will also be possible to enjoy the end-of-year Torchlight Procession of the Ski Instructors starting at 6:30 pm.

On January 1, in Canazei, it will also be possible to attend the New Year's Concert at the Marmolada Cinema Theater, which will start at 11:00 a.m. and will have free admission.

During the vacation season, we recommend that you enjoy a typical dinner at a mountain hut with snowmobile transportation or try a night snowshoe hike, which is also suitable for children from 10 years old.

3. New Year's Eve in Merano

On Dec. 31, the center of Merano will be transformed from 11:00 am as a space dedicated to children will be set up, complete with children's makeup. 

In the evening there will be a youth area in Theater Square with DJ sets starting at 10:30 pm. Instead, for music from the '70s, '80s and '90s, it will be possible to go up on Corso Libertà and dance until 1:30. At midnight everyone will stop to admire the Music Light Show on the facade of the Kurhaus.

On Jan. 1, for those who love Cassian music, it will be possible to attend the New Year Concert at the Kursaal in the late afternoon.

4. New Year's Eve in Val Gardena

New Year's Eve in Ortisei begins with a Torchlight Procession at 6:15 p.m. on the Palmer Slope. It then continues with an aperitif in the town's bars and concludes at St. Anthony's Square for the New Year's Eve party that will end around 2:00 a.m.

We also recommend that you try a helicopter ride from Ortisei to get a completely new view of the Dolomites or the toboggan run that is also perfect for children.

On the way down to Covara in Badia, you can enjoy an excellent dinner at a mountain hut with snowcat transport where you can sample local specialties.

5. New Year's Eve in San Martino di Castrozza

On the evening of December 31, it is traditional to have a New Year's Eve dinner, and the municipality of San Martino di Castrozza has decided to recommend some mountain huts and restaurants where reservations can be made.

If you prefer a dinner at high altitude, Rifugio Tognola might be for you with a dinner and live music to entertain its guests.

If, on the other hand, you prefer dinner in the village, Restaurant Pizzeria Drei Tannen has also organized a DJ set for the evening to accompany the dinner.

6. New Year's Eve at Alpe di Siusi

È you can participate in the torchlight parade in Castelrotto, starting in Krausenplatz for 5:30 pm. Afterward, you can choose to stay in Castelrotto for the square party or move to Siusi for the on-ice party on the ice rink in the Oswald-von-Wolkenstein square.

7. New Year's Eve in Non Valley

On the evening of Dec. 31, Val di Non will come alive with a Party, to celebrate the New Year in the snow with young people aged 18 to 35. The program will kick off at 8 p.m. with a supper at the Solarium La Predaia.

The actual party starts for 10 p.m. with DJ sets at the edge of the slope, snowmobile rides and sledding. During the evening there will be fireworks and an optional torchlight parade.

In addition, during the festive days, you can try a horseback ride with even the possibility of lunch at the farm. Experience also suitable for children from 5 years old

8. New Year's Eve in Val Pusteria

In Val Pusteria you can choose to spend your New Year's Eve at high altitudes, such as Speikboden, Casere or Klausberg, where torchlight processions and parties with music are organized.

Or you can choose a New Year's Eve in the village. For example, in Bruneck, a stage is set up at the Town Hall Square for a DJ set and the entertainment will last until about 1:00 a.m., after which the Aftershow Party at the MPH Pop Up Club will begin, for which you can get tickets directly at the entrance.

During your vacation days you can choose to go up toward Campo Tures to try a totally new experience: spending a night in an igloo. Alternatively, there is a toboggan run near Maranza on which you can have fun.

9. New Year's Eve in Sterzing

In Sterzing you can stroll among the Christmas markets, present until epiphany, and enjoy some typical sweets while you wait for midnight. A stage is also set up in the square to entertain the public with DJ sets and live music.

To relax during the festivities è you can also book an entrance in SPA with sauna, indoor and outdoor pools, with prices starting at 24.50€ per person for the 3-hour entrance
