1. Taking a snowmobile ride

You will have the opportunity to have an extraordinary experience with a fantastic snowmobile ride in Prato Nevoso, reaching theChalet Il Rosso, surrounded by snowy landscapes and breathtaking views. You can choose between two different options.

The first option includes the snowmobile ride and an aperitif, lasting about an hour. The cost of the experience starts from 75€ per driver.

The second option, on the other hand, includes a lunch at high altitude in addition to the snowmobile ride. The price starts from 150€ per driver and includes lunch (appetizer, first and second course).

2. Have a tasting of the seasoning of Marchisio

In Lurisia, 25 minutes from Prato Nevoso, you can try a tour and tasting to discover Marchisio, the raw ham of Cuneo.

You will, in addition, be able to taste the Mountain Ham, which has a more structured and strong flavor.

At the end of the experience you will be able to create your own Prosciutto with personalized branding with your initials. The cost of the experience starts from 25€ per person, excluding the tasting.

3. Making a Winter Sport

In Prato Nevoso there are several slopes with low difficulty, adrenaline-pumping off-piste, a snowpark and a scenic red slope. È you can choose from various types of ski passes, with prices starting from 40€ per person.

You can also participate in theSnow Volleyball Tour, a non-competitive sporting event open to all, featuring snow volleyball matches.

Finally, Prato Nevoso offers night skiing and the chance to try other winter sports, such as MTB downhill skiing, padel among the mountains, and, during Easter, the exciting Spring Splash.

4. Try a typical dinner

In Prato Nevoso you can try a dinner of: polenta uncia d'alpeggio and gnocchi gratin al Josper, at Osteria le Stalle. The restaurant is located downtown in a modern setting, with an excellent selection of wines and craft beers. 

We also recommend, the "Chalet Il Rosso", nestled in the slopes, offers you traditional dishes, but not only. In fact, you can apres-ski or take part in the "Rossa Music Fest".

Finally, for a traditional experience, Prato Nevoso is home to the Osteria Del Sole, which offers Piedmontese dishes, such as vitello tonnato, zingara with Castelmagno crumbs, using km0 raw materials.

5. Taking a scenic snowshoe hike

In Snowy Meadow, you will have the opportunity to go snowshoeing surrounded by snowy landscapes. You can opt for 3 different types, of tours.

The first tour involves a walk of about two hours that will wind along fresh snow, in the Trucca Sapè forest. While, the second tour, involves a snowshoe hike with aperitif, of about 1 hour, at dusk, to enjoy the sunset.

The third tour includes snowshoeing to Chalet il Rosso in Prato Nevosom with lunchincluded. The cost of the experience starts from 25€ per person.

6. Visiting the Caudan Caves

In the spring and fall period, we recommend you visit The Caudan Caves, which are located 10 minutes from Neovoso Meadow.

To date, the caves are considered the most extensive in Italy and the richest in stalactites and stalagmites. You can take a guided tour, on weekends, by booking from the site.  

The cost of the experience starts from   7€ per person. We recommend clothing appropriate for low temperatures and boots.  

7. Relaxing at the Long Stables

8. Taking a horseback ride

At Lurisia Terme, not far from Prato Nevoso, you can enjoy a horseback ride through the woods, suitable for everyone, even the mostù experienced.

The walk will take place, in the spring period and you can choose the 1-hour tour, or the 2-hour tour. At the end of the latter, there will be an opportunity to enjoy a aperitif.

9. Try the Snowy Meadow Bike Park

During the summertime, you can venture out, at Bike Park Prato Nevoso. The bike park è can be reached via the 4-seater chairlift or the La Rossa gondola.

You will find several trails, suitable for even the youngest riders, with 12 trails all to try and the possibility of renting suitable equipment on site.

The experience costs from from 18€ per person, for children and from 25€ per person, for adults.

10. Visiting Mondovi

Mondoì, è a small town not far from Prato Nevoso. In this hamlet, you can visit the quaint old town, connected by a funicular railway.

We also recommend a visit to the sanctuary of Vicoforte, dating back to the renaissance age,which offers the opportunity to visit the world's largest elliptical dome. The cost of the experience starts from 18€ per person.
