Dinner at Malga Panna in Moena in Val di Fassa

The Malga Panna Restaurant, awarded since 1993 by the Michelin Guide, would like to host you for a dinner that will make you discover the tastes of the cuisine of Trentino and beyond thanks to the tasting menù prepared by the chef.

The restaurant is located in Moena, in the province of Trento, in the heart of the Fassa Valley and offers a beautiful view of the Conca di Moena and the Dolomites. From the town you canò reach the facility by car, è there is a stretch of road uphill but feasible for all cars.

The tasting menù proposed by the structure are two.

Menù Persuasion:

• Small Welcome from the kitchen.
• Trout, white butter, salad d’citrus.
• Cavatelli, porcini, pink shrimp and parsley oil.
• Rice, hazelnut and rosemary.
• Hamburger with cotechino and truffle.
• Cervo crusted with quinoa and strawberries.
• Predessert.
• White chocolate, raspberry and mojito.

Menù Alpine Flavors:

• Small Welcome from the kitchen.
• Rabbit, foie gras, bacon and tangerine.
• Ramen with Garda scents.
• Lamb with hay, roots and roasted dandelion.
• Predessert.
• Tiramisù caramelized forest.
