Dinner in a Mountain Hut with snowmobile transport in Courmayeur

Discover the snow-covered landscapes of Courmayeur in Valle d'Aosta with an evocative tour through the snowy forests of about 10 minutes by snowmobile accompanied by a delicious dinner in a mountain hut.

The experience è available on Friday and Saturday evenings with departure at 7:30 pm.  

Menù Gourmet

• Assiette del Rifugio: Cold Cured meats, Cheeses, Tomino al Verde, Vitel Tonée, Crostoni with mushrooms, Lardo with black bread and honey, Chestnuts with butter.
• Porcini Tortelloni, Fontina Fondue and Roasted Sauce
• Braised Cheek, Seared Verdurines and Polenta with Stone Ground Mixed Grains
• Tiramisù or apple strüdel and cinnamon ice cream

Menù of tradition

• Mixed charcuterie and cheese boards with bell pepper compote and chestnuts with honey
• Stone-ground mixed grain polenta with stewed sausage
