Discover gourmet cuisine at high altitude with this chalet dinner in the snowy mountains above Pila in the Aosta Valley.
From the meeting point in front of the ski school in Pila, you will be transported to the lodge by snowcat for about 15 minutes by road. The snowcat is heated, so you will enjoy a magical panoramic view of the snowy forests without being cold.
Once you arrive at the lodge, a welcome drink with a glass of bubbly and amuse-bouche will await you.
The lodge's menus are seasonal, and among the offerings you will find dishes such as:
- Valdostan adult beef brisket with hazelnuts, celery and black truffle
- Jerusalem artichoke flan and stravecchia toma cheese fondue
- Tenuta Margherita carnaroli rice, mushrooms and parsley mousse
- Long-cooked beef cheek with rustic polenta crust and organic chestnut honey glazed carrots.
- Chestnut flan with whipped flake in the aroma of Brenva grappa
Coffee is included in the menu while drinks are excluded from the reservation price.
In the presence of children it will be possible to have a dedicated menu, in case of food allergies or intolerances it will be possible to make changes, subject to prior notice.
At the end of the dinner, an escort will wait for you with the snowcat and take you back to the meeting point.
