Wine Tasting in the Hills of Romagna

Wine tasting in the Hills of Romagna is a unique experience. Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by the sommelier who will accompany you to discover the original geographical location but above all the curiosities and philosophy of the winery.

Weather permitting, initially you will have the opportunity to walk in the closest and most representative vineyards. After that you will have the opportunity to visit the winery, where seasonality may allow a tasting of must or wine previews straight from the tank.

At the end of the visit, we will either take a seat in the tasting room, warmed by the burning fireplace, or in the charming cellar, among the barrels illuminated by soft light.

In every season, however, you will always find 7 different wines to taste, the best available at different times of the year or the ones you are most curious about, which will be accompanied by selected quality cheeses, our own cured meats, piadina and our monovarietal and multivarietal EVO oil.

Throughout the experience, we will give space for your questions and requests for more in-depth information, such as on winemaking methodologies, olfactory perceptions or food-wine pairings. We are simply waiting for you like this, for a true sensory experience that will surely leave you curious to return.
