The tasting in the medieval village of Torrechiara will be based on wines and typical products in the evocative setting of a winery.

You will have the opportunity to taste products vinified inside the centuries-old walls of this fortress, made with grapes from the vineyards behind the castle.

Processing is entirely artisanal from the moment of harvest to vinification. The wines ferment naturally in the bottle and rest inside an underground cellar, once a cistern dedicated to collecting rainwater.

During the tour you will have the opportunity to visit this cellar, located three meters underground, in which, at the time of restoration, archaeological artifacts dating back to the Bronze Age were found.

Wine tasting in Torrechiara will be accompanied by some local products.

The horseback rides will take place on trails of low and medium-low difficulty suitable for all levels of experience, but also for those who have never been on horseback before.

You will be provided with all equipment for the excursion, including helmet (mandatory). Recommended clothing includes long pants and closed-toe shoes.

• Aperitivo Romagnolo: Tasting of 3 wines accompanied by small board of cold cuts, cheeses and piadina and tasting of fried cappelletti;
• Lunch or dinner: Tasting 3 wines, paired with 3-course tasting menu that varies according to season (appetizer, first course, second course).

Horseback riding in the Casentino Forest Park, Premilcuore in Emilia Romagna, is a unique experience. During the horseback ride you will discover landscapes immersed in silence and nature. You can perform the 1-hour or 2-hour ride, depending on your preference.

The horseback riding trip starts from the riding school and then goes into the nature trails, among the green woods where you will be accompanied by the sound of streams and waterfalls and along the Rabbi River whose natural pools are one of the most suggestive Italian locations for bathing and the wild and spectacular landscape.

The riding school recommends that you show up in clothes suitable for horseback riding (long pants, comfortable shoes).

It is possible to add, before or after the horseback ride, a lunch of typical products at the agriturismo. You can opt for the full menu option with appetizer, first course, second course dessert and cover included. Alternatively, menus with only dishes are available.

Weather permitting, initially you will have the opportunity to walk in the closest and most representative vineyards. After that you will have the opportunity to visit the winery, where seasonality may allow a tasting of must or wine previews directly from the tank.

When the guided tour is over, you will continue to the tasting room, where in the colder months the ever-burning fireplace is the master, and in the warmer months you can enjoy the coolness of the cellar inside, and the hilly breeze outside.
