The Doss Alpine Style è a chalet that combines mountain and local culture with modernity and attention to detail. It is located at the arrival of the chairlift Doss Del Sabion, above Pinzolo, in the province of Trento.
His location allows it to offer a beautiful view of the Brenta Dolomites and Val Rendena. In addition, the structure's architecture and furnishings allow it to offer a true experience of peace and comfort.
The facility offers 4 tasting menù to choose from. Each includes water and cover charge, while additional beverages are excluded.

- Antipasto: L'alpeggio (Rendena breed crudi and sua Maestà deer salted zabaglione with herbs and cranberry compote).
- First: The fettuccine (“Laboratorio Doss 2101” alpine game, fresh butter and mountain scent).
- Sweet: The cloud (yogurt with berries cloak of crunchy almonds).

- Antipasto: L'alpeggio (Rendena breed crudi and sua Maestà venison salted herb zabaglione with cranberry compote).
- First: Le fettuccine (“Laboratorio Doss 2101” alpine game, fresh butter and mountain scent).
- Second course: The slow food presidium (Rendena breed meat long cooked with Teroldego Rotaliano DOC and delicate soffritto polenta from Storo).
- Dessert: La nuvola (yogurt with berries cloak of crunchy almonds).

- Antipasto: The Sarca River (Variation of trout and char from the mountains fennel salad, pink pepper, raspberry dressing).
- First course: The stuffed pasta (homemade storo char white style buttons with river eggs, fish stew and cherry tomato confit).
- Sweet: Semifreddo (grappa Trentina istituto tutela with gelè and brulè figs).
Menù of Sarca 4 courses
- Antipasto: The Sarca River (variation of trout and mountain char salad fennel, pink pepper, raspberry dressing).
- First: The Stuffed Pasta (homemade buttons to the white storo char with river eggs, fish stew and cherry tomato confit).
- Second course: Alpine Lake (char with red beet, celery apple gel, dandelion, legume, Evo oil).
- Dessert: Semifreddo (grappa Trentina istituto tutela with gelè and brulè figs).
