Lunch at the InAlto Refuge on Col Margherita in Moena

The InAlto è refuge is located on Col Margherita in Val di Fassa, at 2514 m asl, and offers stunning panoramic views of the Dolomites, including Marmolada, Mount Pelmo, Mount Civetta and the Pale di San Martino.

The refuge è can be reached by the Col Margherita cable car that connects it to the San Pellegrino Pass, the duration of which è is about 5 minutes. È it is also possible to get there on foot thanks to the numerous paths of easy or medium difficulty that provide a minimum of 1 hour and 45 minutes of walking if there is no snow.

There are two menù proposed menus, to which you can add wine and beverage accompaniment, called A spasso con Marco.

• Legged liver terrine with red beet, sauerkraut and apples.
• Risotto mortandela, purple cabbage and chamomile.
• Pork chop with Dolomite beer, mustard purè and sprouts, or, Blanc de blancs baccalà, cream of leeks and potatoes with mountain Chardonnay.
• Rose cake soft zabaglione cream.
