1. Royal Villa and its gardens
The Villa Reale of Monza, built by the will of the Austrian Kingdom, è has been the home of several important families, including the Savoys.

At the end of the visit, we recommend a free walk inside the royal gardens, full of farmsteads, mills and neo-Gothic walls venturing inside the large Parco di Monza.
2. Horseback riding in the Brianza hills
In this horseback ride in the hills of Brianza, you will get to live a unique experience, immersed in the tranquility of nature.
The rides are suitable for everyonebecause initially the instructor will teach you the basics of riding, and then he will accompany you throughout the entire itinerary.

3. Historical center of Monza and its cathedral
In the historic center of Monza you can come across multiple attractions. The most important, for sure, è the Duomo, which preserves, in the chapel of Teodolinda, the relic of the corona Ferrea, in which there would be set one of the nails used for the crucifixion of Jesusù.
Other points of interest may include: the Casa degli Umiliati, home of the Musei Civici Monzesi, the Ponte dei Leoni or the'Arengario, that is, the'ancient municipal palace.

The chef Giancarlo Morelli, with more than 30 years of experience, creates dishes inspired by seasonality and offers menù with two tasting courses, one of 4 and one of 6 courses.
5. Monza National Autodrome
The Monza National Racetrack, also known as the Temple of Speedà, è among the oldest in the world. In fact, it was built in 1922 and, thanks to a guided tour inside, è you can discover 100 years of its history.
The guided tours are of 2 types: the visit to the'interior of the hospitality building starts from 25€ per person, while the tour of the track, starts from 20€ per person. È it is also possible to purchase a combined ticket for both at a cost of 30€ per person.
In addition, within the area of the famous parabolic curve, è there is a Go-Kart track, perfect for adults and children to enjoy. The cost to participate starts from 20€ per person.
6. Visit to Palazzo Arese Borromeo
The Palazzo Arese Borromeo, in Cesano Maderno, è a historic building dating back to the Renaissance period. The structure of the palace è organized in quarters and its interior è rich in frescoes from the period.
Thanks to the work of several volunteers, è you can visit the palace at a reduced cost of about 5€ per person. In addition, you will have the opportunity to stroll, free of charge, in the large garden adjoining.
7. Events in Monza
During the year, there are many events held in Monza a Brianza that we recommend you do not miss.
During the Gran Premio, we advise you not only to watch the race, but also to participate in the events organized in town: from Formula 1 simulators to DJ sets accompanied by street food. For the little ones, under the Arengario, there will be a Kids Village, made in collaboration with Lego and Toys.
During the Christmas season, you can visit the Christmas markets and, on Friday, Dec. 13, enjoy the traditional panettone risotto, accompanied by mulled wine, in Piazza del Duomo.
Finally, we invite you to discover various cultural events: from the Days of the FAI, which allow you to visit palaces and historic buildings usually closed to the public, to BookCity, held in November.
8. Suggestive helicopter ride over Brianza lakes
This evocative helicopter tour departs from Bresso and has a variable duration depending on the tour you choose to take.
In fact, you will have the choice of assisting a pilot in person flying to Milan or to Brescia.
As a second option you can take a private tour enjoying the show by flying over Brianza lakes such as Lake Garlata, Lake Annone and Lake Pusiano.
9. Typical dinner at Camp di Cent Pertigh
In the heart of Brianza, you can taste several typical dishes, from yellow risotto with luganega in Grana Padano waffle, to cutùleta at the restaurant Camp di Cent Pertigh, in Carate Brianza.
Or, you could opt for the trattoria Il Portico in Monticello, an oasis of flavors where you can enjoy lasagnette with garden vegetables or lamb with olive and coriander panure.
Last but not least, we recommend the Sant'Anna, in Eupilio. With zero-mileage products and specialties from its own dairy, the agriturismo offers simple but fresh dishes.
10. Brianza Heath Trail
The Trail of the Heath è a nature trail located in the Brianza Heath area, between Como and the province of Monza-Brianza.
The trail è perfect for both walking and biking. The itinerary includes several stops, where you can explore historic farmhouses, small lakes and wells, surrounded by lush vegetation.
We recommend that you start from Meda and continue to the small lakeZoca dei Pirutit, until you arrive at the cascina Mordina.
