1. Useful information

The beach è easily accessible, including for people with disabilities, and has free access free, with no restrictions on entry. Animals are not allowed.

Nearby è it is possible to park for a fee along the street or in a large guarded parking lot, with a fee of about 25€ per day.

To get to the beach you can move by car: from Olbia, we recommend you take the state highway 125 in the direction of San Teodoro and in about 30 minutes you will arrive at your destination.

Alternatively, è available is the free local transportation service, the "San Teodoro Express", which connects the center to the main beaches in the area, including La Cinta.

The beach è is also easily accessible by foot or by bicycle from the resort of San Teodoro, thanks to the presence of bicycle paths that connect it directly to the center.

4. Curiosities

The Girdle è a strip of land 5km long and its particular name è given precisely by its shape resembling a girdle.

The sand è white and fine, while the'water è deep blue and very clear.

Shouldering behind it are the San Teodoro Pond and Lagoon in which various spiecies of local fauna are found such as the beautiful pink flamingos, the cormorant and the heron.

The flora of the area includes juniper, sea lily and helichrysum, typical of the Mediterranean maquis that characterizes the area.

5. Activities in the area

Directly on the beach è there is a kitesurfing school for those who wish to practice water sports.

If, on the other hand, you want to explore the coast via the sea, we recommend renting an inflatable boat or booking a'skippered excursion to spend the day boating with friends or family.

In addition, in Budoni, just south of San Teodoro, you might try a horseback ride at sunset, available throughout the year.

For those è looking for things to do in the evening, San Teodoro offers many discos and famous clubs. One'example, è the’Arya Beach Club where you canò have a drink on the beach right in La Cinta.
