Your visit and wine tasting in Bolgheri will be held at a local winery in Bolgheri in the province of Livorno, with the opportunity to walk outdoors among the vineyards to discover the winery's traditions and visit the farm's production areas and taste their wine. You will learn about the vineyards, the cellars, the barrique cellar, the winery and taste Bolgheri DOC wines, representative of the area.

The tour with tasting includes:

There is a choice of 3 different types of tastings:

The "Classic" tasting of 3 wines:

"Sensory" tasting of 3 wines:

    •    PAPEO: selection of pure Vermentino

"Premium" tasting of 4 wines:

    •    TARABUSO: selection of CABERNET SAUVIGNON in purity;

You'll visit the winery, explore the production areas and taste a glass of wines tapped directly from steel tanks, Slavonian wood barrels and French wood barriques. Guided by a sommelier you will compare these glasses with the wines being tasted to learn to recognize the differences: a’highly instructive opportunity to experience with the producer in person.

Romantic Picnic (3 hours)

The Podere offers a romantic picnic experience that promises to be a unique and memorable experience. The menu you choose includes a selection of fresh, seasonally-related products with a focus on the slow food philosophy.

The picnic basket includes a variety of delicacies, such as mini red potato tortilla, savory zucchini quiche, and tartlet with goat cheese, walnuts, and honey. Picnic Gourmand (3 hours)

The Picnic Gourmand experience offers a selection of slow food delicacies prepared fresh from the best local ingredients and strictly home made. The menu includes a variety of dishes such as pennette rigate with vegetarian ragout, red potato and cheese pie, organic garden vegetable quiche, and charcuterie sandwich.

In addition, the picnic basket also includes a summer fruit salad and salted butter almonds, Illy espresso or Moka coffee, and natural or sparkling mineral water. To complete the experience, the farm will provide everything needed for the picnic, including picnic basket, crate, blanket, plaid, pillows, tablecloth, food box, ceramic plates, glassware, candles, and stainless steel cutlery.
