La Baitella è a restaurant in Madesimo, in the province of Sondrio, where you can taste traditional chiavennasca dishes with km0 products. È features a panoramic terrace with a splendid view of the Central Alps.
The experience includes both lunch with seasonal products that give the dishes authentic flavors and transportation by snowmobile from Madesimo. During the trip you can admire the snow-capped peaks and mountain landscapes that surround you from the comfort of your passenger seat.
Lunch includes:
- Tagliere (Brisaola, Coppa, Salami, Taroz ( made with: Potatoes, Faglioni, Cheese, Butter, Onion))
- Bis of Primi (Gnocchetti bianchi di Chiavenna and Tagliatelle alla boscaiola)

On Saturdays and Sundays, transportation è guaranteed to groups of two people at a time. È however, it is possible for larger groups to book the same time.
