A guided tour of the winery, in the heart of Verona, will introduce you to the main tencics of making and aging traditional Veneto wines. The tour ends with a tasting of local wines.

The activity begins with a guided tour of the winery, from the crushing and fermentation facility, to the ancient drying loft, to the underground cellars for aging and refining great wines. At the end of the tour follows a tasting of 4 or 5 different vintages of local wines, depending on the option chosen. It is possible to combine the tasting with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses for an additional fee.

This tour lasts about two hours and è designed for those who wish to appreciate both food and wine. This tour lasts about two hours and begins with a walk through the vineyards surrounding the winery, then continues with a visit to the drying, and aging rooms. The experience lasts one hour and will begin with a visit to the winery with a description of the different stages of production and will end with a tasting of the three wines:

Wines of the Dame

The tour begins with a walk through the vineyards where the main steps of grape production will be introduced. We will complete the tour with a visit to the cooperage, where the wines are aged. After the tour is over, we will begin the tasting of three wines, including:

• Valpolicella Ripasso
• Amarone Classico

The experience begins inside the winery, located among the Morainic Hills south of Lake Garda, and you will be accompanied by a guide through the history of the winery. The visit will immerse you in the production processes of Mantua's best-known wines, which you will later have the opportunity to taste along with a board of local delicacies.

At the Root of Taste

Minors and non-tasting adults will be served a cool drink paired with a typical Mantuan chopping board at the end of the visit.

The winery tour with Amarone tasting at Farina winery will allow you to discover the typical products of Valpolicella.

The activity begins with a walk through the winery's vineyards where you will be told about the history of the area followed by a guided tour of the winery where the winemaking process will be explained. At the end you can choose between 2 activities.

Classic Tasting

Includes a tasting of 6 locally produced wines, including 2 glasses of Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, accompanied by a typical board of cold cuts and cheeses.

Light Lunch

Wine tasting and visit to the historic Mosnel winery in Franciacorta è an unmissable experience!

After the guided tour of the cellars, choose 3 of the 5 Franciacorta wines that have come to define the style of the Mosnel winery: Brut, Brut Nature, Pas Dosé, Rosé, Satèn.  

All wine tastings are accompanied by a small sampling of local bread, salami and cheese to better taste the wines offered. You can request the addition of a mixed board of cured meats from Az. Agricola Danesi + CISSVA flakes + breadsticks (for 2 people).

You will taste 3 to choose from the following wines:

• Brut – Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes that defines the winery s style.
• Brut Nature – Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc with the structured touch of Pinot Noir, aged at least 24 months on the lees.

The wine tasting with guided tour of the winery in Corte Franca is a unique opportunity to learn about the production processes of the famous Franciacorta and immerse yourself in the hills of Brescia, not far from Lake Iseo.

The winery tour with tasting in Monticelli Brusati in the heart of Franciacorta, south of Lake Iseo, will introduce you to the production techniques of the historic wines of the Lombard tradition.

The experience lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes, and the activity begins with a guided tour of the historic underground cellars, where you will be able to observe the wine-making process inside the ancient wine-making workshop, dating back to the 19th century. Afterwards you will taste 3 wines, symbolic of the winery's tradition:
