A guided tour of the winery, in the heart of Verona, will introduce you to the main tencics of making and aging traditional Veneto wines. The tour ends with a tasting of local wines.

The activity begins with a guided tour of the winery, from the crushing and fermentation facility, to the ancient drying loft, to the underground cellars for aging and refining great wines. At the end of the tour follows a tasting of 4 or 5 different vintages of local wines, depending on the option chosen. It is possible to combine the tasting with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses for an additional fee.

This tour lasts about two hours and è designed for those who wish to appreciate both food and wine. After a walk through the vineyards of our winery in Valpolicella and a visit to the drying and aging rooms, you will complete the experience with a tasting of organic wines, accompanied by a selection of cured meats, cheeses and other typical products. This tour lasts about two hours and begins with a walk through the vineyards surrounding the winery, then continues with a visit to the drying, and aging rooms. The experience lasts one hour and will begin with a visit to the winery with a description of the different stages of production and will end with a tasting of the three wines:

Wines of the Dame

The tour begins with a walk through the vineyards where the main steps of grape production will be introduced. We will complete the tour with a visit to the cooperage, where the wines are aged. After the tour is over, we will begin the tasting of three wines, including:

• Amarone Classico

The experience begins inside the winery, located among the Morainic Hills south of Lake Garda, and you will be accompanied by a guide through the history of the winery. The winery tour with Amarone tasting at Farina winery will allow you to discover the typical products of Valpolicella.

Classic Tasting

Includes a tasting of 6 locally produced wines, including 2 glasses of Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, accompanied by a typical board of cold cuts and cheeses.

Light Lunch

This activity includes a tasting of 6 wines that will be accompanied by cold cuts, local cheeses and focaccia. Following this, you will be served a typical dessert along with a tasting of 2 Grappas of Amarone.

The guided tour of the winery will immerse you in the winemaking tradition of the Veneto region and introduce you to the production techniques of Valpolicella wines.

The activity, lasting about 3 hours, begins with a tour of the vineyard and the historic winery where wine production takes place. Next, you will be shown the family chapel and the Villa, which dates back to the 16th century and is a historical symbol of the family.

After the guided tour of the cellars, choose 3 of the 5 Franciacorta wines that have come to define the style of the Mosnel winery: Brut, Brut Nature, Pas Dosé, Rosé, Satèn.  

All wine tastings are accompanied by a small sampling of local bread, salami and cheese to better taste the wines offered. You can request the addition of a mixed board of cured meats from Az. Agricola Danesi + CISSVA flakes + breadsticks (for 2 people).

The wine tasting with guided tour of the winery in Corte Franca is a unique opportunity to learn about the production processes of the famous Franciacorta and immerse yourself in the hills of Brescia, not far from Lake Iseo.

The experience begins with a producer-led tasting of selected Franciacorta wines offered by the winery, accompanied by a mixed platter of local cured meats and cheeses. This will be followed by a visit to the winery, where you will learn about Franciacorta production techniques.
